I have a bad notice, I submited one of my flash movies early, it passed judgement, but it had some bugs, I tryed to repair them but it didn´t worked, then I thinked if I re submit it to the flash portal it can be repaired, but when I removed it and tryed to re submit it, newgrounds told me it was blammed and I can´t resubmit it, but that wasn´t true, I removed it myself and now I don´t know how to upload it again here on newgrounds :(

If you've submitted 2 movies in one day, you have to wait until the next day.
Unless too many of your movies have been blammed. Then you have to wait a while before submitting again.
I mean, I don't see why else you couldn't just submit it again.
Couldn't you also have edited the movie? The changes might not be automatic but they should show up soon after editing.
