He is waiting for the dimesional machina because he can't travel alone to pipeline center and to other dimensions so he can collect the chaos emeralds, that is why he is waitnig for eggman to finish the I still have some loyal fans like Sucker the Sandhog, maybe i will start sooner episode 7 but I'm still on it so it's better you be prepared to wait two months or even more
